After 11 highly satisfying years caring for our patients alongside all of our very talented surgeons, we have taken the decision to close the practice and move on to new ventures.

Dr Jackson Harding has taken a post as a senior anaesthetic consultant in New Zealand.  Dr Jo Harding has accepted a senior academic position at a leading New Zealand university. 

All patient records have been stored in accordance with the appropriate retention and privacy standards.  We have immediate access to all allergy patient records, and the records of those patients we have seen in the past 12-18 months.  Records older than this are in a secure storage facility and will take some time to access.  We have soft copies of most correspondence we have sent to patients and referring practitioners.

Records will only be released with a signed release and after we have confirmed the validity of your request.  We will endeavour to respond to your request as expeditiously as possible, however some older records remain in Australia and these will take some time for us to arrange access.
